The Patient Portal is a way to receive your lab results and also to communicate directly with the physician and physician assistant. Please allow at least 48 hours for the provider to respond to your messages on the portal.

Patient Fusion is a free, web-based online portal which allows patients to check their health records, view their appointments, and communicate via messaging with Dr. Wasan. Take the next step to enroll with Patient Fusion and manage your health! All you need is an email address to create an account, and our staff will give you a temporary PIN number to get you started. If you do not have an email address, we can create one for you. Inquire about getting started with Patient Fusion and our staff will be more than happy to assist you!
