Patient Portal

When you make an appointment either in the office or online, the email you use to register will be sent to Follow My Health, our online HIPAA compatible portal.  You will then receive an email from Follow My Health providing you with details on how to create an account.  You can use this portal to message the provider (non urgent messages only) and view your labs and imaging results and other records.
