Upcoming changes to the Patient Portal!

As of January 1, 2026, our portal is now changing to Follow My Health.  Once you book an appointment, please enter in your correct email, and you will be emailed a link to register for Follow My Health.  This is our exciting new portal that allows the patient to make, cancel or change appointments, view the patient's lab results and allow them access for private messaging to the provider(s). Please be sure to register as this is an important feature of our practice.  Thank you!
